Terms of Service

By accessing or using Vouchee ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including businesses and their staff members.

Vouchee is a platform that enables businesses to create, distribute, and manage digital gift vouchers and loyalty programs. Features vary by plan and may be updated from time to time.

You must create an account to use Vouchee. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business.

Free Trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must select a paid plan to continue using the Service.

Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Upgrades & Downgrades

Plan changes — both upgrades and downgrades — take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by applicable law.

Price Changes

We may change our pricing with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You agree not to use Vouchee to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation • Issue fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive vouchers • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others • Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without permission • Use the Service in a way that damages or overloads our infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You are solely responsible for the vouchers you create and issue through Vouchee, including their value, validity, and redemption terms. You must honour all vouchers you issue to your customers. Vouchee is not a party to the transaction between you and your customers and bears no liability for disputes arising from voucher issuance or redemption.

Our IP

Vouchee and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vouchee and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software or trademarks without prior written consent.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (logos, images, messages). By uploading content, you grant Vouchee a limited licence to use it solely to provide the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOUCHEE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data for 30 days following termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
